To me personally,
Being healthy is a PRIORITY.
People think it is hard, but once you get started you can even get ADDICTED (in a good way)

Here's a tip on how to get started:
-Avoid deep fry food
-More greens in your diet
-Higher protein intake (I personally love eggs and chicken)
-Super fruits like blueberries as snacks

I'm a firm believer in promoting healthy living, without good health, everything means nothing.
